Ummm...that would be a BIG oops! Don't those Suburban's have back up camera's?!?! I guess the good news is Lisi was with her cousins and not on the bike!!!!

Love,

oh no, Lisi, Isabella, and their friend Mia were ALL in the car when it happened. So not pretty. I was just trying to stifle the sound of Mark shouting "piece of SH*T" as he tried, without luck,to yank the tricycle out from under the Suburban.
This picture really does not do it justice. It was pretty much squashed.
Looking forward to what will cause Emma to be in therapy some day!!!

love yfc

I find Mark's reaction to be funnier than the circumstance itself! That is too funny!!!

In hindsight, his reaction was funny. At the time, not so much!

sometime I will have to tell you how the girls told Jaden and me the story...it went something like, "no, there is no fixing it"

OK, I am totally chuckling right now...thanks, Becky!!
This incident may send Lisi into therapy, but we sure are getting our monies worth out of the story!!

HAHA! Poor Lisi...and poor tricycle! I hate when those things happen.

For consolation--Jaron will still not let me live down the instance when I ran over his bike and ruined his training wheel. We thought it would be a good push to make him learn how to ride. OH NO-every stinkin time he falls over he says, "mom, it is all your fault that my training wheel is RUINED!"

Oh, Jen, that just makes me sad for you~ don't we Moms carry enough guilt without having to actually hear our children use the words "your fault"~
Despite Mark repeatedly saying "no more tricycles!" all the way to church that day, we had a new tricycle AND a new tiny bike with training wheels in our driveway before bedtime that night:)
I usually don't back down from what one of us says, but I could not be a stay at home Mom with no bike for Lisi...
Maybe I should entitle THAT post "Marriage Counseling #542"

Well, if that is the worse I do, then I won't worry too much :) I was telling Jaron your story and he really empathized with Lisi! You know, WHEN we survive this whole child-rearing, good spouse thing I will be pretty darn proud. LOL!
